Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters met for the customary stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really proceeding.
